With its “DARE Accessibility” initiative LVMH champions inclusion

LVMH has long been dedicated to fostering a more inclusive work environment and supporting the professional integration and employment of people with disabilities. As part of this ongoing commitment, the Group launched its “DARE Accessibility” initiative to find new solutions to improve, in a very concrete way, accessibility to people with disabilities, whether they are employees, customers or partners. Out of the +250 ideas received to enhance accessibility across the Group, 40 have been selected for implementation by the Maisons over the next 8 months.
Launched after the exceptional interest sparked by the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, which played a significant role in shifting perceptions of disability and generating unprecedented media coverage, “DARE Accessibility” invited LVMH employees from around the world to submit bold ideas that foster inclusion and accessibility.
After receiving over 250 ideas across all Regions, submissions were evaluated in four key categories:
- Physical accessibility (stores, manufacturing sites and offices)
- Products and services for customers with disabilities
- Employment accessibility
- Digital accessibility
16 Maisons within the Group chose 40 ideas to develop and implement over the next 8 months. On December 3, 2025, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, a jury will highlight the most impactful implementations.
As part of the Group’s “DARE” intrapreneurship program, the initiative seeks to inspire innovation and transform employees’ ideas into tangible solutions that will improve accessibility.
