Moncler Unveils “Casa Moncler”: A New Temple of Contemporary Luxury in Milan

Italian luxury powerhouse Moncler has officially inaugurated its new global headquarters, Casa Moncler, in Milan’s rapidly transforming Symbiosis district. More than just an office, the new campus redefines what a corporate space means for a luxury house — blending creativity, sustainability, and culture under one iconic roof.

The new facility spans 77,000 square meters across six floors, designed by acclaimed studio ACPV Architects, led by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel. The architecture merges industrial heritage with contemporary elegance through the use of glass, concrete, and lush landscaped courtyards. Rising 32 meters high, the structure retains a historic industrial chimney — a tribute to Milan’s manufacturing past — now transformed into a symbol of Moncler’s forward-looking vision of sustainability and innovation.

Inside, Casa Moncler brings together more than 700 employees previously distributed across three separate sites. The space includes a double-height showroom, immersive exhibition areas, creative collaboration zones, and 7,500 m² of outdoor gardens designed to foster interaction and well-being.

Sustainability lies at the core of the project: geothermal and photovoltaic systems, recycled materials, and an environmentally conscious design aimed at achieving both LEED Gold and WELL certifications. The building becomes a tangible manifestation of Moncler’s deep commitment to responsible luxury.

“Casa Moncler is more than a building — it is the physical representation of our culture, our creativity, and our way of thinking,”
said Remo Ruffini, Chairman and CEO of Moncler.

The opening of Casa Moncler cements the brand’s position as one of Europe’s most dynamic luxury players — uniting design, innovation, and sustainability into a single architectural statement. Beyond its functional purpose, the new headquarters is conceived as a global creative hub, set to host collaborations, events, and experiences that reflect the evolving essence of contemporary luxury.

With this milestone, Moncler not only reshapes its own identity but also contributes to redefining Milan as the global capital of modern craftsmanship, where heritage meets technology and architecture becomes an extension of brand storytelling.
