Hublot and Novak Djokovic join forces and reveal Big Bang Unico watch 

Hublot and Novak Djokovic, holder of 24 Grand Slam titles, have revealed the Big Bang Unico Novak Djokovic, a watch inspired by the incredible record-breaking achievements of the Hublot ambassador, and driven by the luxury watchmaker’s commitment to sustainable innovation.

The Big Bang Unico Novak Djokovic is made from the champion’s HEAD rackets and Lacoste polos. His racquets and shirts have metamorphosed into an exceptional watch that takes on a second life as a unique talisman.  

During an exclusive launch event in Paris, Hublot CEO Julien Tornare and Novak Djokovic unveiled the watch during an immersive experience exploring Novak Djokovic’s winning mindset. The unique performance featured a discussion between Julien Tornare and the tennis champion, and the official reveal of the Big Bang Unico Novak Djokovic. 

Hublot took on the challenge of creating an incredibly light watch with a sustainable component. The Big Bang Unico Novak Djokovic is powered by the Manufacture Unico movement, which was reinvented to reduce its weight by 27%, shedding almost a third of its initial weight. The movement uses aluminum anodized in light blue or gray for some components to echo the camo color scheme of the case. The case and bezel are made of epoxy resin reinforced with quartz powder glass veil, creating a singular camo aesthetic. 

Minute details including a yellow second pusher and the Djokovic logo add a personal touch to the watch, made in a limited edition of just 100 pieces. The timepiece also has four interchangeable straps, including a “Lacoste” tennis wristband for exceptional comfort and lightness. 

The Big Bang Unico Novak Djokovic is presented in a sustainably sourced wooden watch box and comes with a Lacoste sports wristband and a Lacoste polo signed by Novak Djokovic. The creation of this singular watch was made possible thanks to the relentless drive of Hublot’s innovation and materials teams while pursuing the watchmaker’s engagement to move towards meaningful products, made with awareness.
