Guerlain unveils new Pêche Mirage eau de parfum and invites artist Charles Pétillon

Maison Guerlain has unveiled Pêche Mirage, a new addition to its L’Art et la Matière collection of olfactory masterstrokes. Addiction meets elegant sensuality in this velvety, textured meeting of fruity peach and supple leather.
Right from the first notes, peach reveals its voluptuous and enchanting rounded lines. Joined by leather notes, the fruity accord segues into amber, revealing an intense and enveloping trail.
To celebrate this new creation, Guerlain invited artist Charles Pétillon, known for rendering “the invisible visible” through poetic installations and white balloons. His balloon structures impart body to the notes of the fragrance, like ethereal yet inseparable molecules, a poetic allegory of the trail crafted by perfumer Delphine Jelk.
A photographer and visual artist, Charles Pétillon stages the invisible through pared-back poetic installations of pristine white balloons. Both delicate and intensely noticeable, they challenge matter and our relationship to reality. Reprising the artist’s exclusive creation for Guerlain, white spheres decorate the bottle’s azure blue box. A white ceramic plate graces the top of the bottle cap, elevating the poetry with its delicate texture. For Pêche Mirage, Charles Pétillon shares his vision of the perfume with Delphine Jelk in an artistic pas de deux as creative perspectives come together like a fragrant poem.
