On September 2, ZENITH, in partnership with the Moët Hennessy Private unit of Moët Hennessy, invited a select circle of their clients to the Château de Saran in the Champagne region, in the presence of Benoit de Clerck, CEO of ZENITH, and Jacques Giraco, Managing Director of Dom Pérignon, for an evening devoted to the celebration of savoir-faire.

At the heart of the event was the G.F.J., an exceptional timepiece that expresses ZENITH’s heritage, continually reinterpreted through the latest innovation of the iconic Calibre 135. In this historic setting, the dialogue between fine watchmaking and viticulture found a natural resonance, each discipline guided by the notion of time, precision, and the pursuit of excellence.

Before the dinner, guests were also invited to live an immersive viticultural experience within the domaine Dom Pérignon, discovering the unique savoir-faire behind its legendary vintages. The menu, co-signed by Michelin-starred chef and long-standing friend of the ZENITH Maison Michel Sarran together with Marco Fadiga, Executive Chef of Maison Dom Pérignon, offered a culinary interpretation of these shared values. Paired with rare Dom Pérignon Champagne vintages, their creations formed a journey where the meticulous art of horology met the refinement of gastronomy and the alchemy of Champagne. Attending clients were also treated to custom portraits, shot in collaboration with the storied magazine Paris Match, to commemorate the occasion.

The evening stood as a tribute to the craftsmanship that defines the involved Maisons. By honoring the G.F.J. in this unique encounter, ZENITH and Moët Hennessy Private offered their guests not simply a dinner, but an experience that revealed the essence of true excellence: savoir-faire elevated to art.
