SILBON lands with its first opening in Mexico in collaboration with Palacio de Hierro Polanco


The Andalusian fashion brand Silbon crosses the pond and opens its first store in Latin America, specifically in Mexico City. It is located in the El Palacio de Hierro de Polanco center, a shopping center globally renowned for its excellence and for offering products from leading international brands. This expansion represents an exciting step forward in Silbon’s internationalization process and a firm commitment to the international and Latin American markets.
The newly inaugurated Silbon outlet covers an area of approximately 25 square meters where the MAN category with its sport line is marketed in an environment marked by the cozy Silbon atmosphere with unique elements such as white paneling with the brand’s corporate logo in black and sophisticated and functional displays, thus presenting an aesthetic line in accordance with the image of the rest of the sales spaces of the brand, a reference in the Spanish premium fashion sector.
According to Pablo López, CEO of the company, “Choosing Mexico as the first destination in Latin America is a logical move, as we are aware of the demand that exists in Mexico for SILBON clothing. Over the years, we have received many proposals to ‘cross the pond’, but we wanted to start in Mexico and with the best, thanks to the support of El Palacio de Hierro we face the challenge with the highest guarantees.”
Silbon’s arrival in Mexico is the result of an international expansion strategy that has been developing over the last few years.
Internationally, Silbon currently has two boutique stores located in Paris, a city where the company plans to continue expanding, and a first ECI sales point in the Portuguese city of Porto. In the coming months, a second point in Portugal located in Lisbon is expected to open, in collaboration with ECI, a strategic ally for Silbon in its strategy to enter the Portuguese market.
