Inaugurated in the presence of Brigitte Macron, Mayor of Le Havre, Edouard Philippe, Chairman and CEO of LVMH, Bernard Arnault, and, Chantal Gaemperle, Group Executive Vice President Human Resources and Synergies, the LIVE campus – L’Institut des Vocations pour l’Emploi – in Le Havre, is the first to be located in western France, thereby strengthening the institute's territorial coverage.

As the sixth campus, it increases LIVE's annual hosting capacity to over 650 people. This general interest association extends the social responsibility policy pursued by the Group for more than 15 years and its commitment to regional territories and equal opportunities.

Founded by Brigitte Macron with LVMH in 2019, LIVE targets adults over 25 years old who, after a long period of inactivity or personal difficulties, are determined to build a new professional project. More than 100 contributors - including professors, trainers, consultants, experts - are actively involved with participants.

Each campus hosts two groups ranging from 50 to 60 individuals annually for 18 weeks of free support. All campuses work closely with local stakeholders involved with integration and employment, offering a complementary solution to existing services and interacts with them.

More than 1,700 people have been supported since LIVE's first campus was launched with an exit rate into active life - employment transition jobs or training - higher than 80%.
