With the 2024 Inclusion Index Awards, LVMH strengthens its commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, showcasing the initiatives of its Maisons and talents worldwide
LVMH is pleased to announce the winners of the 2024 Inclusion Index Awards, celebrated during an event held at La Maison LVMH, an exceptional venue created for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024 to showcase the Group’s excellence and contributions. This event, echoing the vibrant spirit of the Paralympic Games, highlights the exemplary Diversity and Inclusion initiatives cultivated within the Group and its Maisons around the world.
Designed by LVMH talents during an HR intrapreneurship program called DARE, the Group created the Inclusion Index in 2018, across the Group, its Maisons, Regions and employee networks, to recognize and stimulate Diversity and Inclusion projects. Since 2022, it highlights them under 6 reporting categories: Gender Equity, LGBTI+ Inclusion, Disability Inclusion, Origins (national & social), Generations and Inclusive Culture.
“A culture of inclusion cannot be decreed; it is built daily through concrete actions that have a greater impact than statements of intent. With a growing number of initiatives each year, we see how inclusion and diversity are priorities shared by all. Our role is to break down barriers and transform our attitudes, because diversity and inclusion are everyone’s business”, said Chantal Gaemperle, LVMH EVP HR & Synergies.
In 2024, LVMH received more than 260 contributions. Following the votes of talents across the Group, the finalists’ initiatives were evaluated by a prestigious jury composed of senior leaders and creative visionaries within LVMH:
- Stéphane Bianchi, Group Managing Director and member of the LVMH Executive Committee
- Chantal Gaemperle, Group Executive Vice President Human Resources & Synergies and member of the LVMH Executive Committee
- Philippe Schaus, CEO of Moët Hennessy and member of the LVMH Executive Committee
- Frédéric Arnault, CEO of LVMH Watches Division
- Véronique Courtois, CEO of Parfums Christian Dior
- Pharrell Williams, Men’s Creative Director of Louis Vuitton
The winners, chosen for their impact, creativity, and engagement, are:
