Dior unveils new Café Dior by Anne-Sophie Pic in Chengdu, China 

Maison Dior is delighted to announce the opening of a Café Dior by Anne-Sophie Pic in Chengdu, orchestrated by the world’s most Michelin-starred female chef. 

The opening marks an exciting new chapter in the creative dialogue between Dior and Anne-Sophie Pic, who has created an elegant, gourmet culinary offering for the Café Dior in Chengdu around the oval, a symbol forever linked with the storied history of 30 Montaigne, elevated by an interplay of textures and colors.    

Signature Dior emblems such as the cannage and the couture bow, as well as the revolutionary New Look appear in divine embellishments for appetizers. The desserts revisit timeless Dior codes such as the Granville rose and the toile de Jouy, metamorphosing into veritable works of art. 

Inviting fresh connections between the arts and eras, these delicious narratives also pay homage to the spirit of legendary dishes created by André Pic, the chef’s grandfather, as well as  La Cuisine Cousu-main, an exquisite tome featuring Christian Dior’s favorite dishes, magnificently illustrated with drawings by René Gruau.
