Dior Spa Splendido, the art of wellbeing in Portofino

Dior unveils its first permanent spa in Italy, a sanctuary of calm nestled in the heart of Splendido, A Belmond Hotel in Portofino. From June 7, 2025 the Dior Spa Splendido invites guests to enjoy a luxury escape into wellness, a quest for mental and physical regeneration.  

Designed as a sophisticated Mediterranean residence, this now-permanent spa takes over from the pop-up treatments offered during previous summers, forging closer ties between Dior and this jewel in the Belmond collection. 

Perched on the majestic hillsides overlooking Portofino, the Splendido hotel has embodied the Italian dolce vita since the 1950s, offering an idyllic setting for this collaboration. After the pop-up Jardin des Rêves Dior, the spa is a meeting of Monsieur Dior’s extraordinary gardens and inimitable Italian art de vivre.  

The interior-exterior space is an invitation to regeneration, echoing the places cherished by Monsieur Dior in Granville, Milly-la-Forêt and La Colle Noire. Bathed in Ligurian light with a panoramic view over the Italian Riviera, the Dior Spa Splendido is the ultimate escape into luxury slow wellness. In addition to individual treatment cabins there is a double suite opening onto a breathtaking sea view, plus a rooftop terrace.  

Inspired by the “Dior Haute Wellness” concept, the spa offers iconic Dior face and body treatments, as well as the new signature Splendidior treatment. Guests can also enjoy outdoor treatments in the “Jardin des Rêves Dior” dream garden.
