For the Baby Dior Winter 2025 collection, Cordelia de Castellane pays romantic homage to British culture. Revisiting the House’s diverse heritage, the two worlds of Diorling – a play on the affectionate word “darling” – echo the eponymous line unveiled in England in the late 1960s.

The first theme, named Diorling, opens with a leisurely trip across the Channel. The silhouettes, blending practicality and sophistication, feature belted wool coats and a gabardine trench. Prince of Wales check enhances linings as well as piping for an extra touch of London style. In a laid-back spirit, denim is dressed in pastel pink, enhanced with leather Diorling labels, while cotton jersey is used to create T-shirts and sweatshirts embroidered with this playful signature in italics in Lurex thread.Inviting children to discover the English capital, this collection embodies a new vision of elegance.

Satin A-line dresses, pleated skirts and poplin shirts lend themselves to the art of layering, while cozy knits – such as sweaters, cardigans and short-sleeved tops – come in shades ranging from black to heather gray. The Bar jacket is transformed into a Prince of Wales check, reflecting an English look.

For boys, cuts are both urban and casual. Dior Oblique denim suits, overshirts, and reinterpreted sky blue sweatpants compose comfortable outfits, sublimated by a new “Christian Dior Paris” logo that affirms a contemporary street vibe.A second chapter – entitled Diorling 2 – enriches this irresistibly British narrative.

A unique interplay of textures enlivens the little ones’ clothes in a palette of delicate nuances highlighted by burgundy, vanilla white, and navy blue. The graphic pattern of cannage flourishes on the collars and sleeves of jackets, sewn tone-on-tone on plain technical fabric or on a total look. Functional pieces imbued with refinement, including a mesh and technical fabric jacket embellished with Dior Oblique embroidery or a quilted puffer jacket, complete the collection.
