• How to do it: Puff out your cheeks and move the air from one side to the other inside your mouth. Keep each side puffed out for 5 seconds.

5. Neck Exercise

• Objective: Prevent sagging of the neck and jaw.
• How to do it: Look up at the ceiling and stretch your lips into a kiss. You should feel a stretch in the neck and jaw area. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times.
