Best wines in 2022 according to LUXONOMY

Editor at LUXONOMY™ Group
The best wines vary depending on one’s personal preferences, tastes, and budget. It is ultimately up to the individual to determine which wines they think are best. Some people may prefer a particular type of wine, such as a Merlot or Chardonnay, while others may prefer different varietals or even natural/organic wines.
This is my selection resulting from years of love for wine culture
1. Château Canon LaGarde, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru (Bordeaux, France)
2. Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs (Champagne, France)
3. Ridge Lytton Estate Zinfandel (Dry Creek Valley, California)
4. Pio Cesare Barbaresco Albesani DOCG (Piedmont, Italy)
5. Domaine William Fevre Chablis Grand Cru Valmur (Burgundy, France)
6. Rivers-Marie Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (Sonoma Coast, California)
7. Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape (Rhône, France)
8. Spottswoode Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley, California)
9. Peter Michael Les Pavots (Napa Valley, California)
Criteria to select best wines of the year
1. Quality and taste: Consider the quality of the wine and its taste when making a selection. Look for wines with balanced aromas, flavors and acidity as these can indicate a high quality.
2. Production area: Look for wines produced in specific areas such as Napa Valley, Bordeaux and Tuscany, which are known for their excellent wine production.
3. Age: Age can be an important factor when selecting the best wines. Some wines benefit from aging, while others are best served soon after they are bottled.
4. Grape variety: Look for wines made from specific grape varieties that have proven to produce excellent wines.
5. Price: Price is also an important factor in selecting the best wines of the world. Look for wines that are reasonably priced but still offer high quality.
How can I recognize an excellent wine
1. Look for clear and bright colors.
2. Swirl the wine and smell it deeply. Look for a complex range of aromas.
3. Take a sip and make sure the flavors are balanced and harmonious.
4. Check the finish of the wine. It should have a lingering taste that persists on the tongue.
