Job Description

ROLE MISSION

Within Group Operations HR Department, the Organisation and HR 

Transformation function designs services and ensures timely HR delivery on organizational projects, supporting and coordinating the HR Business Partners in their respective domains, with focus on project management, change management and employee engagement. 

The trainee, who will have the opportunity to join the Organisation and 

HR Transformation function, will support organisational analysis and projects, contribute to some HR critical processes, such as performance management and organizational reporting, and assist the Organisation and HR Transformation 

Manager in creating a clear and compelling picture for Group Operations’ employees tying the pieces of corporate identity, employee value proposition and engagement plans. 

This is an excellent development role within the area of Human Resources and will support anyone looking for wide breadth of experience in all section of the HR job family.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Contribute to organizational analysis such as process analysis, job analysis, job evaluations, and ensure the accuracy of all organizational information (including org-charts) at worldwide level

Support the launch and the coordination of the performance management process supporting HR BPs, supervising and reporting on related KPIs

Execute organizational projects’ administration tasks with a specific focus on change management activities

Support the implementation of a global onboarding plan, contributing to the creation of contents and tools

Sustain internal communication plans using varied methods such as development of intranet content, communication events, manager and employee toolkits

Support engagement initiatives though the adoption of innovative employees’ involvement techniques/tools that leverage also social media practices

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (knowledge of database architecture and experience in creating social media campaigns will be considered as an advantage)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas and information in a manner that gets others’ attention and to articulate well written reports
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented approach
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical skills will be advantageous
  • Proactive approach in meeting challenges with resourcefulness
  • Original thinking and creativity, attitude to develop innovative approaches and ideas
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of Italian; French as a plus
